At Méridien Riviera, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

RETURN WINDOW
You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us at info@meridienriviera.com within 14 days of delivery
2. We will provide return instructions and authorization
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@meridienriviera.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
